We offer free shipping on all orders over $100! We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
All items ship from Vancouver, Canada.
Domestic Shipping: Canada
Canadian orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after 4-6 week completion period.
Delivery times: All applicable after 4-6 week completion period
Standard shipping within BC: 2-3 business days
Standard shipping, rest of Canada: 3-10 business days
Priority shipping within BC: 1-2 business days
Priority shipping, rest of Canada: 1-3 business days
Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed, especially in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of Adorne Keepsake Company. This includes interruptions of transportation systems or the services provided by our carriers, your bank, or credit card. We are not responsible for lost parcels in the event that an incorrect shipping address was entered. We are unable to cancel any orders once they have been shipped.
International Shipping: To the USA
USA orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after completion. This processing time does not include preorders. Please note that the day(s) your order is packed and shipped is not counted as a day in transit.
Delivery times: All applicable after 4-6 week completion period
Most parcels to the USA ship with an estimated 5-10 business days for delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns on non customized items, when requested, within 7 days of receiving your order.
All items must be returned with original tags attached. Items should be returned new, unused, clean, and undamaged.
Items are subject to inspection upon return. Items that have been used or are without tags will not be accepted for return.
No returns are accepted without approval.
Returning parcel must be labeled with your name and order number.

Adorne Keepsake Company does not provide prepaid return shipping labels. All return costs are at the customer’s expense. We recommend that customers get a tracking number when shipping return packages.
If you received the wrong item, or there was something wrong with your order, please email shop@adornekeepsakecompany.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Return Processing
All returns take approximately 3-5 business days for processing once the item has been received at our workspace. Any item(s) being returned are subject to inspection upon delivery. If an item is deemed unsellable or not in original condition it will be sent back at the customers expense. Returns will be credited to the original method of payment.
Exchanges
Unfortunately at this time our online store is unable to process exchanges. If you wish to receive a different size or a different product please place a new order. For information on returning your original item please refer to the 'Returns' section above.
Preorders
All preorder items have an estimated ship date stated on their product page. Because this date is an estimate, it is subject to change. If any item in your order is to ship later than its estimated ship date, or has become unavailable, you will be notified by email. If a preorder item has become unavailable you will be refunded the full purchase amount plus any shipping fees paid.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order please contact us at shop@adornekeepsakecompany.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been placed we cannot guarantee cancellation. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled and our return policy will apply.
